Spor Festival for contemporary music and sound art, April 27 – May 1 in Aarhus

This year’s Spor Festival features a wide range of works by contemporary sound artists as well as a seminar arranged by Sound Art Lab, Struer Tracks and Spor Festival in cooperation with Snyk and Danish Composers’ Society. Knowledge sharing and dialogue about how sound artists and cultural institutions can work with sustainability and green transition. Andreas Engström, Berlin based curator for Kontraklang, has said about Spor Festival:

“Since I first attended the festival (just in 2007), it has always been made clear that the focus is on the individual works and projects, which over time has made Spor perhaps the foremost festival for new music in Northern Europe.”
