Jenny Gräf Sheppard selected for Cashmere Radio residency

In March, we announced our latest open call for a residency at the Berlin-based community radio Cashmere Radio. We are pleased to announce that Jenny Gräf Sheppard has been selected for this year’s residency.

Since 2024, Art Music Denmark and Cashmere Radio have collaborated on an annual residency programme that sends a Danish artist to Berlin. The residency provides access to Cashmere Radio’s studio facilities and offers opportunities to present one’s work, as well as participate in networking meetings with professionals from the German sound art and music scene. This year, Jenny Gräf Sheppard was selected through an open call process.

About her expectations to the residency, Sheppard tells:

“During the Cashmere Radio residency, I plan to engage with the site, community and technology to bring together live generative performance, electromagnetic instruments and transmission technologies.

I look forward to exchanges that might inform what I do in these weeks, in particular opportunities for new collaborations.”

About Jenny Gräf Sheppard
