As part of our Tutti#2 project, we are happy to invite you to an online inspiration session with ART0 on 22 June, focusing on programme notes and audience-focused communication.
During the session, we will be joined by Stephanie Chan, founder of the ART0 platform.
ART0 explores how AI can support the creation of personalised programme notes and audience-facing communication, drawing on audience segmentation and an understanding of different audience groups’ motivations for attending cultural events.
Stephanie will introduce herself, present the idea behind the platform, and share insights from ART0’s ongoing work and audience testing, including their current pilot project with Malmö Opera. As the pilot is still underway, Stephanie will not be presenting final conclusions but rather early observations and reflections from the process so far.
ART0 explores how AI can support work with individually tailored programme texts and audience-facing communication, among other things based on mapping different audience segments and their motivation for attending.
At the meeting, Stephanie will present herself, the idea behind the platform, and insights from ART0’s ongoing work and different audience tests, including their current pilot project with Malmö Opera. As the pilot is still ongoing, Stephanie will not present final conclusions, but rather early impressions and reflections from the process so far.
The session will also be an opportunity to discuss how this type of technology can be used as a concrete tool in work with audience development, hospitality and communication.
Time: Monday 22 June, 3.00–4.00 pm – Online (the meeting will take place in English)
The session is intended as an informal inspiration session with room for questions and shared reflection.
