Art Music Denmark processes personal data

Art Music Denmark have a personal data policy that ensures that we process personal data correctly and have transparency in the processing. Our data controller is responsible for ensuring that everyone in the organisation processes data correctly.

 

We only use personal data for purposes that are relevant or necessary to implement Art Music Denmark’s described goals and objectives.

  • You can oppose the processing of your personal data at any time and have the processing of your personal data restricted.
  • You can revoke your consent at any time when the processing of information is based on such. Your revocation will not affect the legality of the processing carried out prior to your revocation of your consent.
  • You can at any time receive the personal data that you yourself have submitted to Art Music Denmark in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
  • You can submit a complaint to a data protection supervisory authority at any time, e.g. The Danish Data Protection Agency.
  • The Accounting Act requires Art Music Denmark to store data for 5 years, after which it is deleted.
