Art Music Denmark and Nordic Artists Management present a unique 1-year mentoring program for young classical talents in Denmark. We are looking for three talented conductors, instrumentalists, and/or singers for a developmental journey in the 2025/26 season.
What do we offer?
• Mentoring Program: Ongoing guidance from Nordic Artists Management as well as meetings with selected musicians tailored to the applicant’s profile.
• Networking & Career Development: Introduction to concert organizers, musicians, and agencies in the Nordics and internationally.
• Focused Support: Assistance with competitions, auditions, and master classes.
• Exposure: At least one concert performance in the Nordics in the 2026/27 season.
• Branding & PR: An intensive media program with Art Music Denmark that optimizes your PR package.
Who can apply?
The program is aimed at young classical musicians – Danish citizens or foreigners residing in Denmark – who see a special potential or exciting profile in themselves and seek input and guidance for their career path. There is no fixed age limit, but applicants must either be currently studying or have completed their studies within the past years.
Program Period: September 1, 2025 – July 1, 2026
Application Process: Your application must include a video performance of yourself as a musician, with a maximum duration of 10 minutes. You are free to choose the music you wish to perform. Attach your CV (maximum of 2 pages), including a short section with your motivation for being considered for the talent program.
Selection Process: A jury consisting of selected project mentors and representatives from Art Music Denmark and Nordic Artists Management will select the three participants.
