Five composers, musicians and performers from the Danish contemporary scene have been selected to participat in the visiting program in Berlin in August/September. The five artists that have been selected are:

– Alexander Brix Tillegreen

In addition to the collaboration with INM – Initiative Neue Musik Berlin/Field, this year, the visiting program is also planned in collaboration with the Swiss organization Pro Helvetia. The five selected artists from the Danish scene will therefore participate in the visiting program together with 5 selected composers, musicians and curators from the Swiss music scene at Month of Contemporary Music in Berlin from 31 August to 3 September 2024.

Month of Contemporary Music is an umbrella festival curated by the collectivist music scene in Berlin. At the festival, you can experience a sea of ​​concerts, performances and sound installations by some of Berlin’s most current ensembles, artists and composers. The participants in the program will be introduced to selected concerts, performances, and sound installations as well as artists and composers from the contemporary music scene in Berlin
