Mentoring program for young classical musicians

Art Music Denmark and Nordic Artists Management are launching a new 1-year mentoring program for young classical musicians in Denmark. The project is aimed at conductors, instrumentalists and singers at the beginning of their professional careers, and aims to strengthen the participants’ artistic and career development.

Through individual sparring, network building and strategic advice, participants will have the opportunity to test ideas, strengthen their profile and build relationships with both national and international players in the music scene.

The program includes ongoing mentoring support, meetings with experienced musicians and agents, assistance with competitions and auditions, as well as exposure through concert performances and targeted PR work. Three participants will be selected to participate in the program, which will run throughout the 2025/26 season.

The mentoring program will provide young musicians with a platform to navigate the classical music scene with greater awareness and momentum.

The project is a collaboration between Art Music Denmark and Nordic Artists Management, with support from the Augustinus Foundation and the Danish Arts Foundation.
