Open Calls
Every year, Art Music Denmark announces a number of offers and opportunities targeted at music professionals. We offer residencies, opportunities to perform music, international visiting programs, participation in professional networks and much more.

Travel Support
As an actor working within the music genres covered by Art Music Denmark, you are eligible to apply for international travel support via Tilskud til international transport. The pool covers transport costs for Danish actors' (artists, musicians etc.) activities abroad and actors from abroad's activities in Denmark. You can also apply for national travel support for Danish actors' activities in Denmark via the The National Transport Aid.

Counselling
One of Art Music Denmark’s most important roles is to advise and support you in your work with contemporary music, classical music and sound art . Art Music Denmark offers free advice and consultations to musicians, composers, arrangers, distributors, venues and other cultural institutions operating within our music genres. Consultations can take place in-person during office hours or via telephone and email.

Residencies
Art Music Denmark offers several international residencies annually, available to Danish musicians working within our music genres. The overall aim of the residencies is to give musicians the opportunity to deepen their musical practice and establish international networks for the benefit of their careers.

Art Music Denmark publishes various publications such as annuals, in-depth project reports, repertoire statistics etc. alone and together with other organisations – and at musikdata.dk we regularly publish reports and articles.

Projects and Collaborations
Art Music Denmark launches a number of projects annually, which are focused around improving conditions for musicians within our music genres. We establish networks, offer international residencies, and collect data relevant to musicians operating within contemporary music, classical music and sound art. Art Music Denmark’s projects are often developed in close collaboration with other like-minded actors, organisations and partners both within Denmark and internationally
