Art Music Denmark is going on summer vacation

So far, 2023 has been an active year for Art Music Denmark. In collaboration with different partners, we’ve organised artists talks in relation to the play “The Calls”, held the event “Lydskatten Åbnes” with music by the sound artist Gunner Møller Pedersen, released the “Repertoirestatistic” for 2021-2023, offered free workspaces for composers in Musikhuset København, held networking events about topic such as German collaborations in relation to NEUSTART, contributed to seminars and business meetings about sound art and artistic freedom as well as a visiting program during Klang Festival – and much more.

Further, there has also been a successful workshop and networking event by Kunst & Kultur i Balance, in which Art Music Denmark is part of the steering group behind. Most recently, Kunst & Kultur i Balance has also been nominated for the Bodil Koch award, the cultural minister’s new equality and diversity award – fingers crossed!

We’re looking forward to announcing more exciting projects and activities in the forthcoming weeks as well as after our summer vacation in July.
